Aged for over 60 days, this is our award-winning farmstead cheese infused with garlic and tomatoes which give it quite a zing! Made on our family dairy farm from the milk of cows who spend their entire lives grazing our certified organic pastures.

This product is gluten-free and made with Working Cows Dairy USDA Organic , Grass-Fed, Grade A milk.

Description:
Aroma: Buttery & Garlicky
Texture: Semi-Firm. Creamy and smooth.
Taste: Buttery, nutty, and mild with the addition of paprika, tomato, basil, thyme, pepper, garlic and onion,.
Pairs with: Cabernet Sauvignon, Italian Wines, Merlot, Lagers, Pilsners & Wheat Beers
Recipes: Great topping for a frittata. Makes the best grilled cheese sandwiches.
