The Slocomb Tomato Festival is the inspiration for our award-winning farmstead cheese infused with garlic and tomatoes – which give it quite a zing! Made of Certified Grass-Fed, Organic A2-A2 whole milk from cows who spend their entire lives outdoors grazing our green pastures in southeastern Alabama. Farmstead cheese is a versatile ingredient that will keep for months when properly stored, as the flavors continue to develop.
